Can I use points with discount codes?
Yes — in most cases, points can be combined with promotional codes, unless otherwise stated during special sales.
What happens if I return an item?
If an order is refunded, any points earned from that purchase will be removed from your balance.
Do I earn points on subscriptions or wholesale orders?
Points are available on standard retail purchases. Subscription or wholesale orders may not earn points depending on the plan.
