Birm® Media (5–10 lbs) – Iron & Manganese Removal

Efficient, Chemical-Free Water Treatment
Birm® is a trusted and economical filtration media designed to reduce dissolved iron and manganese from well and municipal water supplies. Acting as a catalyst, Birm® enhances the natural oxidation process, transforming soluble iron (Fe++) into insoluble ferric hydroxide (Fe+++), which can then be easily filtered out. Unlike other media, Birm® is not consumed during filtration, ensuring long service life and excellent cost efficiency.

⚠️ Note: This item cannot be shipped to California. A 5 lb bag is sufficient to fill a 20" Big Blue Filter.
