LIQUAGEN REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY
This LiquaGen Refunds and Returns Policy ("Policy") applies to factory-direct purchases of LiquaGen products made by consumers from LiquaGen Water Technology, Corp. ("LiquaGen"). By purchasing any product from LiquaGen you agree to this Policy.
90-Day "Hassle Free Return Policy" We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your LiquaGen purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Items must be sent back within 90 days of order placement. Used or installed items are not refundable unless the product is defective which is confirmed and troubleshooted by our technical team. If the item is damaged or defective please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. You must have a proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns and exchanges. 3rd party based purchases follow policies set by the marketplaces.

FAST & FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS ABOVE $35
- LiquaGen is only responsible to ensure the package arrives safely to the freight forwarding company. We do not take responsibility for goods damaged on arrival. Damages after that point should be dealt directly with the freight forwarding company.
- All electronic items are designed for USA power standards and plugs. You would need an adapter depending on your country.
- All our warranty is still valid even once it leaves american borders but the same shipping process needs to be followed while placing the initial orders.
- We do not offer returns on international shipping unless the item is defective and notified within 30 days of order placed. We cannot ship directly to you so the item needs to be shipped to freight forwarding companies. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues.
- Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your freight forwarding vendor for your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing the product. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
- International buyers need to know they may be responsible for customs fees and experience longer shipping times due to customs-related delays.

Cancellation Policy
If you have placed a LiquaGen Internet or phone order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a full refund for the value of the merchandise only (including applicable tax); shipping and handling will not be refunded.

How will I know when it’s time to change filters?
You’ll notice reduced flow, a change in taste, higher TDS reading (for RO/DI), or a digital monitor/pressure drop indicator on certain systems.
Do your systems work for both city and well water?
Yes. We offer dedicated solutions for chlorine/chloramine in city water and iron, sediments, hardness, and tannins in well water.
Can I install the system myself?
Many homeowners install our whole-house, RO, and sediment systems themselves. For softeners and complex setups, we recommend a licensed plumber for best long-term performance.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
All products purchased from our website may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping costs, no questions asked. International return orders may be subject to return shipping fees. To initiate such a return please contact us.
Do you provide filtration systems for businesses?
Yes. LiquaGen engineers RO/DI, commercial softeners, and high-capacity filtration systems for restaurants, car washes, laboratories, aquariums, hydroponics, beverage/ice production, and industrial use.
