All orders at LiquaGen above $35 ship free using either USPS or UPS ground. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. We strive to ship all orders the same business day. Your order will arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on your distance from Ontario, California. Our manufacturing & fulfillment facility is located 50 miles away from Los Angeles, California. 

Free shipping is only valid in the 48 contiguous USA. Packages over 10 lbs cannot be shipped to a PO Box unless the delivery address is CA, AZ,NV, or CO. Free shipping is not available for wholesale clients. 

1. Packages under 1 pound ship via USPS first class mail (2-5 days) 

2. Packages under 10 pounds (1-3 days) ship via USPS priority mail (1-3 days) 

3. Packages over 10 pounds (2-7 days) ship via UPS ground 

Free shipping does not apply to customers in Canada. For orders placed to Canada please call us on 951.400.3365 or email on sales@liquagen.com us the items you would like to order. We will create a custom quote which will include brokerage fees, taxes, and duties. This will ensure the order arrives smoothly and no surprises at your doorstep. There is an average 20% charge added to packages shipping to Canada plus shipping. The savings we save due to shipping volume is passed onto our customer. The surcharge covers additional shipping charges, GST/PST/HST, fees and duties. Quotes provided will factor in free shipping for our customers in the USA. Please note all prices on LiquaGen.com are in USD, not CAD. Shipping methods are undeliverable when shipping to Canada. In the rare instance an order goes through automatically it will be removed and a full refund will be sent. 

We offer international shipping via freight holding/forwarding companies. Please follow the following process - 

1. Payment should be made preferably via PayPal.  You may use most major credit card if the billing address is from the United States including virtual cards. 

2. Set up a mail forwarding account with one of the following options -

3. We will ship the item to the USA based mailing address provided by the freight forwarding company. Once they receive the package, they will ship it forward to you. 

• LiquaGen is only responsible to ensure the package arrives safely to the freight forwarding company. We do not take responsibility for goods damaged on arrival. Damages after that point should be dealt directly with the freight forwarding company. 
• All electronic items are designed for USA power standards and plugs. You would need an adapter depending on your country. 
• All our warranty is still valid even once it leaves american borders but the same shipping process needs to be followed while placing the initial orders. 
• We do not offer returns on international shipping unless the item is defective and notified within 30 days of order placed. We cannot ship directly to you so the item needs to be shipped to freight forwarding companies. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues. 
• Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your freight forwarding vendor for your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing the product. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
• International buyers need to know they may be responsible for customs fees and experience longer shipping times due to customs-related delays.
