How will I know when it’s time to change filters?
You’ll notice reduced flow, a change in taste, higher TDS reading (for RO/DI), or a digital monitor/pressure drop indicator on certain systems.
Do your systems work for both city and well water?
Yes. We offer dedicated solutions for chlorine/chloramine in city water and iron, sediments, hardness, and tannins in well water.
Can I install the system myself?
Many homeowners install our whole-house, RO, and sediment systems themselves. For softeners and complex setups, we recommend a licensed plumber for best long-term performance.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy?

LiquaGen- 5 Stage Reverse Osmosis & Deionization (RODI) ...
I don't often write reviews, but want to say that after I bought and returned units from other companies from various stores and online sites. This one has been by far the best! I've only had it a few days, but so far it has cycled out 100 Gal and 0 TDS and been really improving the quality of my saltwater tank! Not only that, the construction is solid, and high quality, and it came with the intake adapter from a hose connection (as it is connected in the garage and not under the sink, this is perfect!) PLUS, it came with a great float shutoff valve that I connected to the lid of my 5 gal bucket.

I love this unit, I bought it back in 2020 when I wanted to start a saltwater aquarium and I've used it pretty much every week since I got it. That said 4 years later I still haven't had to change any of the filter media and I'm reading 0 TDS still but I noticed last week alot of my DI resin is turning bright so it'll need to be changed here soon but I still should have about 6 months life in it. The only part I've had fail on it was the valve for the waste water but it just went out about 2 months ago. I'm on city water and the water is pretty clean for the most part to being with, and being about a block from the water tower that services me get me great water pressure. Overall the longevity, ease of install, quality of the parts in this unit makes a great buy. Best part is I've have ZERO leaks but I did go buy better quality PTFE tape and used that and a little silicone lube on the orings helps it seat better.

Works Perfect for City Water
My 5-stage RODI system came with a busted gardenhose adapter and customer service is nonexistent, so I had to order an $8 replacement off of their website. That was exceedingly frustrating and delayed the usage of the system for a week but finally after getting the thing operational, it is working perfectly. No leaking, I didn't have to take apart or reseal mine like some other commenters did, mine simply worked. I use mine in my bathroom as I live in an apartment building with no access to a gardenhose. It works perfectly though inside.

LiquaGen- Heavy Duty & High Capacity- 7 Stage Aquarium...
Finally made the decision to purchase a RO system for my saltwater setup. I have a 180g and 150g reef tank and this puppy does not disappoint. It supports all my needs with my weekly water changes. The setup process was easy, I probably made it more difficult on myself but I also add a water psi gauge and a TDS sensor. I am considering to add a pump to reduce the waste water, 3 gal of waste for every 1 gal RO adds up over time. Overall, great system, I would recommend this item to others.

Great for Aquarium Water
First off I would only suggest this if you're doing Saltwater aquariums. It will absolutely work for freshwater, however you can just use seachem prime on tap water, and just throw a hose from the faucet to the tank and you're good to go, so you can avoid the hassle of having to make water slowly and store it. For saltwater this thing takes out the worry of bad water for your fish, so you just mix salt into this RODI water, and you're good to go assuming you store it properly. My one recommendation would be that if you have a larger tank(honestly anything more than 20 gallons) I highly recommend getting a bigger model that can produce more water quicker.

Does the job as advertised!
First & foremost this system turns dirty Detroit tap water into honest-to-god consistent 0 TDS water, which is critical for my saltwater aquarium, so I measure it with a TDS meter. Its output volume is at least 80% of the stated capacity, and more like 90+% when the filters etc are new and clean. Very satisfied overall!
